Decoiler Feeder
Decoiler (Uncoiler)
- Holds and unwinds the coil.
- May be motorized or passive (pull-off type).
- Can have a Machanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic expansion mandrel to grip the coil's inner diameter.
- Includes a brake system to prevent over-rotation
Feeder Unit
- Pulls the sheet from the decoiler and pushes it into the next machine.
- Can be mechanical roll feeder, Servo feeder, or air feeder.
- Allows precise control over feed length and speed.
Straightener (optional)
- Removes coil set and flatten the sheet.
- Often integrated between the decoiler and feeder
