Steering Shaft Process Line SPM’s
- There is a set of 5 machines these are used for processing of steering shafts of three-wheeler
- End facing and boring machine - for facing and pivot side boring machine for pivot mounting
- Centering machine - this machine is used to center the all casting for cnc turing
- Correction Spm - used to remove the distorsion caused due to gravity casting over steel tube this is a automatic machine using laser distance sensors to get feedback of current position
- Keyway milling ,boring ,drilling machine - used to finish the component machining requirements in one setup
- Burnishing machine - used to finish the pivot bore to final size required
