ID/OD Sizing SPM
- This machine is designed to simultaneously Resize the ID and OD of the component.
- Ovality generated due to welding operations on the shell can be corrected.
- Total 4 hydraulic cylinders are used 2 for each station all of the hydraulic cylinders are used in closed loop system and feedback of motion is received through laser distance sensors the cylinders are controlled with a rapid feed valve system and position can be controlled in an accuracy of 200 microns.
- The machine is required with a auto calibration device to ensure accuracy of distance feedback during long operations.
- Since tooling weight is about 40 kg thus the machine is also equipped with 500 kg crane.
